“Steven, called back within 5 minutes, and was at our house in 15 minutes, fixed it in 5 minutes. Very pleased with the service and helped us out of a potentially tricky situation.”
“Fantastic service start to finish. Called around midday on a Friday when my key snapped off in the lock, the locksmith arrived in less than 2 hours and gained entry minutes later. He then came back Monday to upgrade the locks and handles. Thank you ever so much.”
“Steve came out within 30 minutes to fix our broken downstairs window lock/handle. He let us know how much, went to get the parts and then fixed it all within the space of 45 minutes. A lovely guy, reasonable prices and because of him we’re able to rest knowing the window is secure. Thanks so much Steve!”
“Steve responded quickly and at very short notice. He knew exactly what the problem was, and explained what was needed clearly and concisely. He was efficient, professional, polite and friendly. His rates were very reasonable. He helped us in a similar situation previously which was why we turned to him…and he didn’t let us down. Recommended without hesitation or reservation.”
